Our property manager, Jayden Williams, is a proud Batemans Bay local, who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for property to the Elders South Coast team. Born and bred in the area, Jayden knows and loves our local community. Her interest in property grew after purchasing her first home with her partner, Dale, which they have since leased out. This first hand experience as a property owner sparked a keen interest in real estate, and drives Jayden to perform at her best for all of her landlords.
Jayden is fully supported by our Managing Director, Jeni White, who has 24 years of hands on property management expertise and oversees the day to day systems, compliance, and client communication. When needed, Jeni steps in directly to assist both landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless experience. Additional backup is provided by our Licensee, Rebecca Shepheard, who also brings 24 years of real estate knowledge and leadership.
