Our senior property manager, Crystal Heffernan, is a lifelong local who has built our property management portfolio from the ground up — carefully selecting and managing each property with professionalism, consistency, and care. With over six years of dedicated property management experience, she brings strong local knowledge and genuine pride in her work.

Crystal is fully supported by our General Manager, Jeni White, who has 23 years of hands-on property management expertise and oversees the day-to-day systems, compliance, and client communication. When needed, Jeni steps in directly to assist both landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless experience. Additional backup is provided by our Licensee, Rebecca Shepheard, who also brings 23 years of real estate knowledge and leadership. Between the three of us, we bring over 50 years of combined experience to your investment — and that experience shows in how we prevent problems, manage risk, and deliver consistent results.
