Jeni White

Jeni began her real estate journey in Perth before moving to the Kimberley in her early twenties, where she spent 17 years progressing from Property Manager to General Manager. In 2019, she embraced a new challenge, co-managing her family’s caravan park in remote Northern Territory. For 18 months she and her family lived onsite, working hands on to improve the property while she continued a remote accounts role for her former employer. This period strengthened her resilience, adaptability, and ability to lead under pressure.

In 2021, Jeni and her family relocated to Batemans Bay, her husband Symon’s hometown, where she joined Elders Real Estate Batemans Bay. Drawing on extensive operational experience, she quickly became an integral part of the team, contributing across sales, property management, administration, and finance.

Now Managing Director, Jeni has joined forces with Rebecca and Craig Shepheard as a business owner. She oversees operations, strategy, staff development, and accounts, ensuring the business performs at its best with a commitment to growth, professionalism, and exceptional results. She is passionate about integrity, honesty, and creating a fully supported, positive workplace where staff are empowered to succeed and genuinely enjoy their career paths. The result is a culture that prioritises authentic client care and service that stands apart.

Outside of work, Jeni enjoys life on acreage in Nelligen with her husband and two teenage children. She loves caring for her animals and riding her horses. Her values are simple: work hard, stay grounded, keep learning, and build something that matters.
