With well over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeni has built her career from the ground up, progressing through diverse roles and gaining expertise across all aspects of property management, sales, and accounts.
In October 2021, she relocated to Batemans Bay—her husband’s hometown—where she has since settled with her family. Shortly after, Jeni joined Rebecca Shepheard as Sales Administrator and Personal Assistant. This role saw her immerse herself in all facets of the business, from sales and property management to administration and accounts.
Jeni has now proudly stepped into the role of General Manager for Elders Real Estate Batemans Bay, where she now oversees office operations, staff, and accounts while providing support wherever it is needed. Her dedication to fostering a close-knit team and delivering exceptional service drives her leadership approach.
