Holly works with the Elders Batemans Bay team in a casual Sales Administration role while completing her Year 12 studies. She is the daughter of Managing Director, Jeni White and has grown up surrounded by real estate, giving her a strong understanding of the industry from an early age.
Born and raised in the Kimberley, Holly brings a grounded, practical outlook and a strong connection to the land. She shares her mother’s love of horses and rural life, which aligns naturally with the Elders values and client base.
Meticulous and highly capable, Holly shows fantastic initiative and has quickly picked up the responsibilities of sales administration. Friendly, down to earth, and a genuine joy to have in the office, she supports the sales team with organisation, reliability, and attention to detail while continuing to build her industry knowledge.
